Dry Ice Cream!

So since my friend Rachael and I are ice cream enthusiasts, when she found out how to make instant home made ice cream, we knew we had to try it! We just tried it the other night, and ended up ruining our ice cream :(. Since we followed this recipe: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnORu5p9neY which doesn't specify how much dry ice to use, we used way too much, but we also had too much fun.
