|Boiling the cream and sugar|
|Whisk egg yolks|
|Puree and strained cantaloupe juice|
|Tempered egg yolks and cream mixture|
|Added cantaloupe puree to mixture|
|Poured in shallow baking pan to freeze for 30min, transfer|
to bowl and mix, freeze, repeat until desired consistency is reached.
The finished product. I stopped mixing it after about 6 hours to go
to bed, but this obviously needed more mixing. However it TASTES great!!
